Leads Global Brand Marketing for Peloton, where she is responsible for leading the Brand Strategy, Consumer Insights and Integrated Marketing globally.

Under Carolyn's leadership, the brand has gone from 15% brand awareness to over 65% in two and a half years and has experienced record membership growth.

Carolyn began her career in digital marketing at Digitas and then spent several years at PepsiCo, managing the Mountain Dew commercial business and leading the successful launch of Mountain Dew Kickstart.

She previously consulted for the New York Football Giants, developing a Strategy & Analytics platform recommendation and comprehensive fan strategy.

She holds a BA from Yale University Magna Cum Laude and an MBA from Harvard Business School, with honors. She lives on the Upper West Side with her husband Will, daughter Penelope and son Theodore.

Kathy Tan Mayor is the Chief Marketing Officer of BoxyCharm, a beauty subscription service recognized as #176 on Inc’s 2018 fastest growing company list. Prior to that, she was the Chief Digital Officer across the 10 portfolio brands of Carnival Corporation and the Chief Marketing Officer of Carnival Cruise Line. 

Kathy has over 10 years of experience in the casino and hospitality industry, with almost 2 years as Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing and eCommerce for Sands China based in Macao, and leadership positions in business development, retail marketing, loyalty marketing, marketing technology, data warehouse and data science for Las Vegas Sands and Caesars Entertainment based in Las Vegas. Prior to that, Kathy worked at McKinsey & Co. and Procter & Gamble in South East Asia. 

Kathy has a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School where she graduated with distinction. She was a marketing lecturer at her alma mater, Ateneo de Manila University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She is married with two children, and lives in Miami, Florida.

Recognized in 2015 by Ad Age as one of the industry's "40 Under 40," and by Business Insider as one of the "30 Most Creative Women in Advertising," Xanthe is currently Executive Creative Director at Google working across all of the hardware brands: Pixel, Google Home, Chromecast, Wifi, Nest and more.

Previously she was Global Creative Director at Nest where she found creative ways to bring to life the company's mission: to create a thoughtful home that cares for the people inside it and the world around it. From packaging design, to experiential retail design, to national ad campaigns, her goal was to bring this story to more consumers.

Before joining the amazing folks at Nest, she served as Executive Creative Director at TBWA \ MAL for Good, working on social good projects for One Love Foundation, Chicago C.R.E.D and XQ: The Super School Project. Prior to that, she led the creative department of the Los Angeles-based boutique agency, Pitch, where she was Chief Creative Officer for three years. Before landing at Pitch, Xanthe spent seven years at TBWA\Chiat\Day Los Angeles, moving from art director to creative director.

Xanthe's work has been cited by numerous press outlets, including AdAge, Fast Company, Adweek, Creativity and the New York Times, in addition to all of the major industry award shows including Cannes Lions, The One Show, Andys, CA and Clios. She's also been recognized as one of 17 Los Angeles Power Moms by Red Tricycle and by the Genii Awards for Excellence in Advertising 2016.

An art director by trade, Xanthe was born and raised in the heart of San Francisco but now lives in Palo Alto with her family. Outside of agency life, Xanthe is an active 3% conference participant, and a partner in OH YES!, a natural foods pizza company sold in Whole Foods. She is also the co-Founder of Breathe, the first and only aerosol cleaning brand approved by the EPA's Safer Choice Program, now sold in Wegman's and Walmart.

Jon has a background in improvised comedy and earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School (Section B!).
