Independent Customer Experience and Brand Strategy Consultant

Kate is obsessed with improving customer experiences and deepening the relationships that brands build with their customers. She worked for five years at American Express, a brand synonymous with trust and customer service, before transitioning over to lead CRM at MM.LaFleur, an e-commerce start up dedicated to elevating women in the workplace. In pursuit of this mission, MM.LaFleur offers high-quality, thoughtfully designed workwear, styling services, inspiring content, and community. As Director of CRM, Kate worked closely with the women behind the MM.LaFleur brand to develop thoughtful customer journeys.

At American Express, Kate served on the Steering Committee of the American Express Marketing Club. In that capacity, she engaged with leaders of the Global Advertising and Brand Management group, the stewards of one of the most valuable brands in the world. Kate graduated from Harvard Business School in 2013, and earned her A.B. in History from Brown University.
